Originally from Mumbai, India, Zeenia embarked on a transformative journey in 2018 when she relocated to Kenya. With a robust legal background specializing in intellectual property and media, her career foundation was built at renowned law firms and later honed at the Walt Disney Company India Ltd. Despite her successful legal career, Zeenia’s heart has always belonged to travel. Her insatiable curiosity for discovering new cultures, foods, and traditions fuels her spirit. This passion eventually led her to co-found ZIA Travel Atelier, where she channels her organizational skills, cultural insights, and love for Africa into creating tailor-made journeys.
Beyond her professional life, Zeenia is an adventure-seeker with a love for sports, reading, and wildlife photography. Her photography is more than a hobby – it’s an expression of her dedication to wildlife conservation, capturing the untamed beauty of Africa to raise awareness and inspire others.

Bobby is a distinguished figure in the hospitality and tourism sectors, known for his entrepreneurial drive and commitment to enhancing Kenya's tourism industry. As Managing Director of Zuri Group Global, Bobby’s expertise spans across Kenya, India, and England, where he has been instrumental in shaping responsible and sustainable tourism practices. His dedication to the industry earned him a significant role on the Kenya Tourism Board and recognition as a National Hero by President William Ruto.
A natural connector and communicator, Bobby’s warmth and charisma make him an unforgettable presence in any room. His commitment to conservation and passion for uniting people through shared experiences make him an invaluable asset to ZIA Travel Atelier. When he's not championing tourism, Bobby immerses himself in the equestrian world, specifically polo, where he has fostered global friendships and enriched his understanding of cultures through sport.

ZIA is not a travel company in the conventional sense. It is a deeply personal atelier, shaped by the instincts and experiences of its founders, Bobby and Zeenia. Every journey begins with them; with their stories, their connections, their knowledge of the land, and grows into something tailored entirely to you.
This is travel created by people who have been there. Who know the feeling of the morning mist in the Laikipia highlands. Who have stood still while a lion passed by them. Who have eaten dinners under the stars in the desert, spoken with Maasai elders, followed elephants through dry riverbeds, and woken before dawn to see flamingos lift off soda lakes.

Bobby brings a rare mix of clarity, warmth, and connection. He’s spent years cultivating trusted relationships across Africa’s travel landscape, which gives him access that simply can’t be bought. His background in hospitality is evident in every seamless detail, but it’s his ability to read people, and places, that make his itineraries unforgettable.
Zeenia brings a creative, intuitive eye to travel. Her legal training taught her precision, but it’s her love of photography, culture, and quiet observation that shapes the way she builds journeys. Her itineraries are elegant, personal, and deeply grounded in a sense of place.
Together, they create experiences that feel considered, intimate, and entirely your own.
